Getting some real snuggles in while Spencer
got over his ear infections (like 3 weeks ago)
Spencer and Annette love to play together at Grandma's house.
Thanksgiving was lots of fun! We ate with my family, had friends come over, had pie with more family, and spent the night. Okay, so Tim didn't spend the night but that's because he was working. We had lots of yummy food (of course) and Spencer enjoyed it all.
We went shopping on Black Friday, but not as much as previous years. I mostly bought fabric for pajamas and then a few presents. We had Applebee's for lunch and Spencer would not sit still in that highchair! By the end, he had one foot out the back and the other out the side.
Setting up the Christmas tree! Spencer thought it was awesome and loved to help floof the branches. Andrius hated the feel of the branches and just watched us.
"I'm not touching that thing!"
"More floofing!!"
We've pulled out the 9 month clothes, including this adorable reindeer pajama outfit. He's finally reached 14 lbs but is still down below the growth curves.
This rocking horse is Spencer's new favorite at Grandma (Benitez)'s house.
Apparently Spencer convinced Andrius that it's okay to touch the tree (and quite fun too). Spencer loves having the lights on all of the time. He will whine, staring at the tree until I turn the lights on.
\We went to our ward Christmas party where Santa came to visit! Spencer stared at Santa the entire time he was on his lap. He wasn't sure what to think of the outfit and huge beard. The beard did get tugged on a little bit but Spencer was so tired that he mostly left it alone.
Oh, and it turns out that Winston is currently dead, or mostly dead. It was his transmission and it needs to be overhauled. We don't have that much money right now so Abram helped us tow him back home. Now we have to decide if we'll save up for a new transmission, a new car, or just live with one car for even longer.
what adorable pictures! The babies look very focused on that air vent. =P And I LOVE that picture of Spencer and the Christmas tree (the first one). He looks so stinkin' excited. :)
ReplyDeleteThats so fun he is standing up now! He is growing so much its crazy! I love the snuggles picture. I hope everything works out with the car situation. Unexpected expenses are no fun.
